CEE is currently completing a new vehicle engine emission-testing
complex at 2530 S. Birch Street in Santa Ana. The complex
consists of a modern, 100,000 sq. ft. building on a 10.5-acre
ground parcel. This operational complex is currently open,
and will house an advanced 'state-of-the-art' testing lab
for both engines and vehicles. The facility will offer an
advanced state-of-the-art 48-inch dynamometer very soon,
seven engine dynamometers, three multi-functional test cells,
and four variable-volume SHEDs.
Recently CEE initiated a working relationship with Cosworth
Technology, Inc. (CTI) for the purpose of in-use vehicle
Emissions Compliance Services. The CTI facility is located
in Novi, Michigan and the synergy of CTI and CEE capabilities
is currently being used to support a key BMW project.
