Testing Capabilities and Services

The current CEE premier testing complex has the capability to test gasoline and diesel, as well as light and medium-duty vehicles. Additionally, CEE has the only independently owned, full-range, heavy-duty, engine dynamometer, which is used routinely to primarily test diesel engines.

CEE provides Cummins, Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, & other engines for use as "test mules" for specialized R&D requirments. The CEE lab also has a custom built fully operational motorcycle dyno used for on-going support in a previous compliance program to test Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, & Harley Davidson Motorcycles.

Aftermarket Parts and Service (ADDITIVES)

CEE is able to test products in order to allow certification by the California Air Resources Board exemption procedure and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency guidelines. This process allows issuance of an Executive Order (E.O.) and provides an opportunity to sell a product legally in the State of California.

Mileage Accumulation

CEE provides durability compliance for certification. Our professional drivers routinely drive our approved durability course known as the AMA (American Motors Association) route.
